Event Invitation

Please join us for a fun-filled event—the Academy World Cup—on JANUARY 30TH AND 31ST 2027. This unique event offers all participating teams an opportunity to enjoy a different format from regular tournaments. With leagues starting soon, it is the perfect chance for teams to get warmed up for the season and enjoy some friendly competition.

Event Highlights

Last year’s event was memorable, with teams enjoying the parade as they marched with their country’s flag, proudly carrying it during their games and exploring the various vendors at the venue. The event fostered strong camaraderie among all teams, making it an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.

Tournament Format

The Academy World Cup will feature eight teams in each bracket. Each team is guaranteed four games. The tournament will follow a World Cup-style bracket: after each match, the winning team advances to one bracket and the losing team to another, and each team then plays three additional games within their bracket. Opponents will be announced after each round. Game times and field assignments will be scheduled in advance, so each age group will know when they are playing, though the exact opponent will be revealed closer to the match.

Souvenirs and Participation

All players will receive a special Academy World Cup souvenir to commemorate their participation.
